1. Return Eligibility

1.1 General Requirements

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of the invoice date
  • Items must be in original condition with all original packaging
  • Must include all accessories, manuals, instructions, and other items shipped with the product
  • We cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or used unless they are defective

1.2 Condition Requirements

  • Products showing signs of use or wear beyond necessary testing may be subject to a 10% restocking fee of the original price
  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received
  • Original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact

2. Right of Withdrawal (Individual Customers Only)

2.1 14-Day Withdrawal Period

After receiving your order, individual customers (not businesses) have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without providing a reason.

2.2 Testing Guidelines

During the withdrawal period, you may only test the goods as you would be allowed to in a physical store:

  • You may examine the product to determine its nature, characteristics, and functionality
  • Any use beyond necessary testing will result in a reduction of refund amount
  • Signs of use or wear may result in additional fees

2.3 Business Customers

The right of withdrawal does not apply if the purchaser is a legal entity (business).

3. How to Return Items

3.1 Return Authorization

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at usa@sviato.shop within 30 days of receiving your goods
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We will provide return instructions and authorization

3.2 Return Shipping

  • You must return the goods within 14 days of submitting your withdrawal declaration
  • Provide evidence that you handed the goods to the carrier within this period
  • The buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items
  • Exception: We cover return shipping costs if the product is defective or we shipped the wrong item

3.3 Risk During Return

The buyer bears the risk of loss during return shipment. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

4. Shipping Policy

4.1 Shipping Destinations

We ship products to the following countries: Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, French Guiana, Guatemala, Guyana, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Suriname, United States, United States Minor Outlying Islands, Uruguay, Venezuela.

4.2 Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS.

4.3 Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard delivery: 5-7 business days from contract execution
  • Extended delivery: May take 3-4 weeks for certain locations
  • Exceptional circumstances: We reserve the right to ship goods within 45 calendar days

5. Refund Processing

5.1 Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 3-10 business days of our receipt of your returned merchandise, provided the merchandise is returned in original condition.

5.2 Refund Method

Your refund will be provided as:

  • Store credit,
  • Credit back to the same payment method used for the original purchase

5.3 Refund Conditions

  • We have the right to refuse refunds until returned goods are received
  • If you chose expedited shipping, we will only refund standard shipping costs
  • We will not compensate costs exceeding usual shipping if you chose a more expensive shipping method

6. Fees and Deductions

6.1 Restocking Fee

  • 10% restocking fee may be applied if goods show signs of use beyond necessary testing
  • $50 restocking fee and shipping costs may be withheld if return instructions are not followed

6.2 Value Reduction

If goods have been used beyond what is necessary to test their nature and characteristics, we may reduce the refund amount based on the decrease in value.

7. Defective Products

7.1 One-Year Limited Warranty

We provide a one-year limited warranty on products from the date of purchase.

7.2 Defective Product Resolution

If you receive a defective product for which we are responsible, we will:

  • Repair the defective product, or
  • Replace the defective product, or
  • Provide a full refund if repair or replacement is not possible

7.3 Our Responsibility

We are not liable for defects arising after delivery to the purchaser.

7.4 Complaint Response

We will respond to consumer complaints in writing within 30 days of receipt.

8. Special Circumstances

8.1 Pricing Errors

We have the right to withdraw from the sale and demand return of goods if the marked price was significantly lower than market price due to an error.

8.2 Discretionary Returns

In some cases, we may accept returns even if standard instructions are not followed, however, we may withhold a $50 restocking fee and shipping costs.

9. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been opened or used (unless defective)
  • Items damaged by misuse or normal wear
  • Products returned after the 30-day period
  • Items without original packaging
